We despatch all Orders usually within a couple of days of receipt. In the event of any delay, we shall let you know, and you may cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.
Faulty goods shall be fully refunded and we shall reimburse the return shipping. We shall refund the cost of non-faulty goods (excluding audio CDs, cassettes and DVDs), provided the items are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us for your Returns Number and instructions before you return the item.
